Custom made holding tanks

WRENGCO TANKS are manufactured to a High Standard using 6mm. to 25mm. Thick HDPE. to a Tollerance of + / - 2mm. Tanks are generally a 1 piece main body construction with Radiused Corner Bends. Remaining Extruded Edges are Machined to produce Strong, Smooth rounded Corners.

Tank Joins, Ends, Baffles, Mounting Feet, Inspection Ports, Custom Fittings etc.are Welded using Standard and Special in House Techniques resulting in a Very Tough, Reliable Tank with the appearance of a Moulded Tank. Depending on Tank Size and Configuration Custom "Flow -Thru." Baffles that allow Black or Grey Water tank contents and neutralizers / additives to be thoroughly homogenised, are placed as required to abate splash and to ensure the tank can withstand a minimum Pressure Test. of 22 kPa. with minimal bulging. Recent "Bust Test" Showed a 10mm. 75 Ltr. Holding Tank with no baffle Failed at 275 kPa. ( ~40 Psi.)
